Sat in a private landscaped gated community of 12 other Villas, most of which are second homes to wealthy Europeans.

We have a lovely quiet pool (private to the gated community) for you to enjoy a swim or just a lazy day sunbathing.

As most of the other villas are second homes our neighbours don’t use the pool often and it’s usually very quiet, so a great place to relax.

We are lucky enough to have 2 large terraces for entertaining. The main terrace has a wrap around tropical garden, outside dining for 8, plenty of sun loungers, a BBQ and of course it’s own private Jacuzzi.

The garden is a lovely shaded area for chilled out afternoons hidden away under the tropical palms.

The large gas BBQ is perfect for relaxed steak and local fish nights.

We not only have a brand new table tennis table, we also have under the stars outside darts board, a selection of other family favourites.

For the ultimate in luxury relaxation our favourite is to watch the sunset dipping down into the ocean from the brand new Jet Spa Jacuzzi!

The living room has a large comfortable 10ft long settee, a 55” LCD TV with Netflix, Amazon, Disney TV as well as Apple TV with a large movie library.

The lounge has 6 large sliding doors that open up onto the terrace/garden.

You have use of the full kitchen which contains: 

- Full sized oven/grill/microwave.

- Full sized hob and fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, a Nescafe Dulce Gusto coffee machine and a blender

There is Air-conditioning throughout most of the villa.

Master suite: with 180 degree wrap around windows giving you views from the ocean all the way around to the mountains. A large super king sized bed with Ocean views. A large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and hangers and 2 bedside cabinets. An en-suite bathroom with large walk in multi headed shower.

Sunset balcony room: King sized bed and ocean sunset views. Wrap around balcony with both ocean sunset and mountain sunrise views. 2 bedside cabinets, plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. The private balcony is a lovely place to sit out enjoying your morning breakfast as you watch the early morning surfers. The bathrooms have a Jacuzzi Spa Bath.

The balcony room: With a very comfortable queen sized bed this bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space as well as bedside cabinets. There is a mountain view from its balcony.

4th sleeping area - the lounge has a double bed settee and TV area.

In the large utility room we have a washer and dryer as well. 

Our beachside pool Villa is located in an incredible location in Los Cristianos. Just a stones throw from the beach, you can hear the sound of the ocean from the balcony and terrace areas. 

This very large Villa is spread across 4 floors and has breath-taking ocean and mountain views. 

There are 4 bedrooms in the property with additional single beds and sofa beds which means that we can accommodate up to 12 guests. 

This is one of the finest villas in the beach area of Los Cristianos and is perfect for families and groups in the whole of Tenerife. 

The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful shared large pool. There is also a BBQ ad outdoor dining area. Inside there is a games area including a full pool table and dartboard. 

Located in the sunny south just 15 mins from the airport, directly on the beach in a lovely residential area you will be located in one of the best areas of Tenerife.
