We understand that booking your dream holiday home is an important process and you want to feel secure throughout the process. 


 We provide a premium experience for our property owners and their holiday guests. Our mission is transparency, trust and security.

Step by Step Guide

The first step

Whether you are looking for a Villa for a group booking or a romantic honeymoon in a luxurious Villa for two, everyone has their own specific requirements. We first invite you to contact us with your requirements so we can provide a tailored bespoke experience, just for you. Please complete our booking form detailing the number of guests, your requested stay and whether you have a specific Villa or Apartment in mind. 

Let us help

We can then contact you via email, WhatsApp or a good old fashioned phone call. Remember, there are no call centres, no chatbots, just our friendly professional team to cater for your every need. Tell us anything specific you have in mind. Perhaps you require an airport shuttle? Help arranging a hire car? A requirement for an extra children's cot? Whatever it is, we can find a solution to make your holiday a pleasant, hassle free experience. 

When you are happy to proceed

Once you are happy with your chosen property, we will issue a Guest agreement contract directly to you. It will contain all of the details of your stay, your requirements, check-in and check-out times along with details of where you can pay your 20%-50% deposit to reserve your stay. Your agreement will be passed to the property owner and they will have full details of your requirements to prepare for your arrival.

Sit back and relax

You can contact us anytime on the run up to your stay. A week before your arrival, we will contact you to ensure you are all set and whether you have any last minute requests. We will then ask you to confirm how you will pay for the remaining  booking amount.  

On the day

On the day of your arrival at your luxury apartment or villa you will be greeted by the owner or their managing party. We personally know every owner and can you assure you they are experienced, friendly and welcoming. They will show you around the property and request a damage deposit. You will then be left to enjoy your stay, safe in the knowledge that you can contact us or the landlord around the clock. 

Bags are packed

After a wonderful stay in some of the finest holiday accommodation around, we hope you will already be thinking of re-joining us on your next trip. The property owner or managing agent will meet you on check-out and subject to no issues or damage, will release the damage deposit in full.
